You can use Naily on your own computers according to the license you purchased. Trial access may be limited, and Pro is sold as a one-time purchase unless we clearly state otherwise on the checkout page.
Please don't:
Naily needs your camera to work. It uses private, on-device detection with no video uploads. You can turn off camera access anytime in Settings.
Naily is a habit-tracking tool, not a medical treatment. If nail-biting is seriously affecting your life, please talk to a doctor or therapist. We're here to help with awareness, not to replace professional care.
We built Naily to work well, but like all software, it might have bugs. We can't promise it'll be perfect or work exactly how you want. Use it at your own risk.
We're not responsible for any problems that come from using (or not being able to use) Naily. We're doing our best, but we can't be held liable for indirect damages.
Pricing and availability are shown on our checkout page. Since Naily is digital software, refunds are only offered where required by law or where we explicitly say otherwise. If something is broken, email us first and we'll try to fix it.
We'll release updates sometimes. You don't have to install them, but things might work better if you do. We might also change or stop the app if needed.
If you don't follow these terms, your license ends and you need to stop using Naily and delete it.
These terms follow the laws where you live.
We can update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Keep using the app, and you're agreeing to the updates.
