You can use Naily on your own computers. The Detector and Pro licences are forever and will stay like that.
Please don't:
Naily needs your camera to work. Everything stays on your computer—nothing is recorded or sent anywhere. You can turn off camera access anytime in Settings.
Naily is a habit-tracking tool, not a medical treatment. If nail-biting is seriously affecting your life, please talk to a doctor or therapist. We're here to help with awareness, not to replace professional care.
We built Naily to work well, but like all software, it might have bugs. We can't promise it'll be perfect or work exactly how you want. Use it at your own risk.
We're not responsible for any problems that come from using (or not being able to use) Naily. We're doing our best, but we can't be held liable for indirect damages.
Pro is $10, one-time, yours forever. Since it's digital, we don't offer refunds unless the law says we have to. If something's broken, email us first—we'll try to fix it.
We'll release updates sometimes. You don't have to install them, but things might work better if you do. We might also change or stop the app if needed.
If you don't follow these terms, your license ends and you need to stop using Naily and delete it.
These terms follow the laws where you live.
We can update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Keep using the app, and you're agreeing to the updates.
