Private, on-device detection with no video uploads. We don't collect your data because we never built a way to. This page explains exactly how that works.
We don't collect, store, or send anywhere:
Naily watches for your hand moving to your mouth, using your webcam. It looks at each frame and immediately forgets it—nothing is saved. Think of it like looking in a mirror: the reflection exists only while you're there.
The only things saved (on your device only):
Delete the app, and all of this disappears. It's stored in your app folder—nowhere else.
Naily uses private, on-device detection with no video uploads. The marketing website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand page visits, but the desktop app does not send camera footage, recordings, or personal habit logs to us.
To activate the app, you'll need to purchase a license key from our store. Once you have your key, enter it in the app to activate your chosen plan. Activating the app requires an internet connection to verify your license key. After activation, the app works completely offline. Payments go through Lemon Squeezy, and they handle checkout details according to their own privacy rules.
Naily needs camera access to work (that's the whole point). Your computer will ask for permission the first time. You can turn it off anytime in Settings—but then the app won't be able to help you.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Keep using the app, and you're agreeing to any updates.
